Join us in our One Day Cooking Class at Villa Palamara in the beautiful Norman town of Cefalù
Do you want to know more about the traditional Sicilian recipes? Get ready to savor some traditional and innovative Sicilian specialties. Learn how to prepare a beautiful Sicilian meal that will impress even the most experienced foodies. The one day cooking class focuses on fresh pasta and also making the sauce. This meal will be of 4 courses which includes antipasto, fresh pasta, a second course with one side dishes and a delicious dessert. The menu selection is unique to the area in flavour and in execution and it depends on the fresh product of the season. When you add these well tested recipes to your collection, you will be bringing home a slice of Sicilian culinary history!
You can choose between a morning class with lunch or an afternoon class with dinner. In the morning the cooking class starts at 11:30am and it ends approximately at 4:30pm with lunch included.
€120,00 p.p. (minimum 4 people). For less than four people, please enquiry
the rate includes:
– A 5 hours class with a break in the middle of the lesson AND a welcoming appetizer
– A four courses meal (Example of the menu – this is an example it may vary according to products availability: Antipasto: Stuffed Sardines – the typical Sicilian fish rolled and stuffed with breadcrumbs – Pasta: Fresh pasta with the traditional “norma” sauce; Main course: Stuffed squid; Salade: Sicilian Oranges and Fennel salade; Dessert: Cannoli)
– Beverages – Sicilian wine and water
– Coffee and homemade limoncello after meal
And take your bathing suit and bath towels with you so to enjoy our amazing pool between the end of the class and lunch/dinner!!!

We speak English but if you want to learns some Italian we can cook speaking Italian! Fun and joy!
